Space: 3,000 – 6,000 sqft offices

Senior Vice President of Operations hired CHC to build a premier office for Prudential York Simpson Underwood Realty in ParkWest Mall in Morrisville. Soon after the project was completed Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices purchased the company and hired CHC to remodel and update offices in Greensboro, Cary, Raleigh and Chapel Hill.

Renovation work included glass offices, custom millwork, LED lighting systems, café kitchen and bar, curved walls, and contoured tile and carpet designs.
